FAQ
Here are the most frequently asked questions.
If there’s anything else you’d like to know, please reach out.
Does my child have to Cry It Out?
Cry It Out is one type of sleep training method that can be successful for some families. However, I take a gentler, more responsive approach that aligns with your comfort level and parenting philosophies. Some crying is natural as your child adjusts to change, but they will never be left alone to cry it out.
Do you guarantee results?
Since I can’t ensure that every plan will be followed exactly as written, I don’t guarantee specific results. What I do promise is a thoughtfully crafted plan, compassionate guidance, and ongoing support to help set you up for success. Families who stay consistent typically see great progress.
What if my child has medical issues?
If your child has medical issues, it’s important to consult with your pediatrician before starting sleep training. I’m happy to work alongside your care team to make sure any sleep plan is safe and appropriate.
How old does my child have to be to sleep train?
I typically begin sleep training with children as early as 3 months, and
I work with children up to 7 years old. Yes, it’s never too late to improve sleep!
Why should I hire a sleep consultant?
Sleep training can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already exhausted. I help take the guesswork out of it by offering a personalized plan, step-by-step guidance, and emotional support so you’re never navigating this alone.
