Meet Olivia Rose
Hi! I'm Olivia Rose. The Founder of Rosebud Sleep, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and full-time aesthetic Registered Nurse.
I’ve been working with children for nearly a decade, starting with babysitting and coaching gymnastics. These experiences taught me early on how much little ones thrive with structure and support, and how much parents need that same support, too.
When I became a postpartum nurse, I discovered how much I loved supporting new parents during those early, emotional, and often exhausting days of parenthood. Helping families feel more confident and connected as they bond with their baby became one of the most meaningful aspects of my nursing career, and it was a significant part of what inspired me to pursue sleep consulting.
Now through Rosebud Sleep, I get to blend my nursing background and love for little ones to help families feel more encouraged, supported, and rested.
The Rosebud Story
Rose is my middle name, and growing up, my family called me Rosebud. They even still call me Rosebud, or Rose, today. It’s a sweet, familiar nickname that just stuck over the years, and I’ve always loved it.
Through the Rosebud Sleep Approach, I sincerely hope that the families I have the privilege of working with will walk away from our time together feeling supported, empowered, and confident. I love this work, and I’m so grateful that I get to do it, maybe even with you.
